These terms cover your use of www.leaptravel.co.uk. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The website is run by Leap Travel Limited, Company No. 15813593, Nut Hill Farm, Great North Road, Aberford, Leeds LS25 3AU.
1. Using This Website
1.1. The site gives information about our coach hire and day trips and lets you ask for a quote or get in touch.
1.2. Please use the site lawfully and do not try to damage it, overload it or get into parts of it that are not meant for you.
1.3. You must be 18 or over to make a booking with us.
2. Information on the Site
2.1. We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is a guide. Vehicles, trips, dates, pick-up points and availability can change.
2.2. Nothing on the site is a booking or a price until we confirm it. A private hire booking is made when we confirm it with you in writing. A day trip is booked when you complete your booking on our Square site and receive confirmation.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1. Private hire and school bookings are covered by the terms we send with your written quote.
3.2. Day trip bookings are covered by our day trip booking terms and conditions of carriage.
3.3. Day trip and gift card payments are taken securely by Square. We do not store your card details.
4. Our Content
4.1. The text, photographs, logos and design on this site belong to Leap Travel Limited or are used with permission.
4.2. You may view and print pages for your own use. Please ask us before you copy or reuse anything else.
5. Links to Other Websites
5.1. The site links to other websites, such as Square, Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they use your information.
6. Our Responsibility
6.1. We are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, or for problems caused by things outside our control, such as a fault with your device or internet connection.
6.2. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
