The Route and Crossing
Tell us where you’re going and whether you’d like to use the ferry or the Channel Tunnel, or ask us what would suit your route.
Drivers’ Hours
Long journeys follow strict drivers’ hours rules. Your trip may need a second driver or an overnight stop, and we’ll include this in your quote.
Passports
Everyone needs a valid passport. Check each country’s entry rules on GOV.UK before you book.
Executive coaches seat 48, 55 or 57, and our double-decker seats 80 (see the fleet). Every driver is Enhanced DBS checked and first-aid trained, every vehicle is tracked, and we hold DVSA Earned Recognition. More on safety.

Will We Need Two Drivers?
It depends on the distance and the timings. Coach drivers must follow strict drivers’ hours rules, so a long journey may need a second driver or an overnight stop. We’ll explain this in your quote.
Which Coach Is Best for Travelling Abroad?
All three of our executive coaches have a toilet, reclining seats, air conditioning and USB charging. We’ll suggest the right size for your group.
Is the Driver’s Accommodation Included?
Yes. For trips of more than one day, the quote includes the driver’s accommodation.
What Documents Do We Need?
Everyone travelling needs a valid passport. Check the entry requirements for each country on GOV.UK foreign travel advice before you book.
How Far Ahead Should We Book?
