Jake started Leap Travel in 2024 and has been at the heart of everything since. He’s not one for sitting behind a desk: if there’s a job that needs doing, Jake’s the first to get stuck in.
If you’ve been on one of our day trips, there’s every chance Jim was at the wheel. He hails from the Toon, so expect a warm Geordie welcome on board.
Away from the coach, Jim is a Scout leader and a keen kayaker, so he’s never far from the outdoors.
Steve is the newbie at Leap Travel, having recently joined the team. He’s no stranger to Jake, though: the two worked together many years ago, so it’s been something of a reunion.

Martyn brings a wealth of touring experience to the team. You’ll often find him out on our day trips and private hire jobs, making sure everyone gets there and back comfortably.
When he’s not on the road, Martyn is usually relaxing at his caravan.
