How Do I Book a Day Trip?
Book online any time on our day trips page, call us on 0113 871 5327, or book in person at White Rose Travel. Seats are limited and popular trips sell out, so book early.
Can I Pay in Cash?
Yes. You can book and pay in cash in person at White Rose Travel before the day of travel. We don’t take cash on the coach.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
All major debit and credit cards online and over the phone, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I Get a Refund or Change My Booking?
To keep prices low, we don’t offer refunds or changes once a booking is confirmed. If you can’t go, you’re welcome to give or sell your ticket to someone else, as long as they travel under the original booking name.
What Happens If Leap Travel Cancels a Trip?
In the unlikely event that we cancel, you’ll get a full refund or can move your booking to another date.
Do You Sell Gift Vouchers?
Yes. Day trip gift cards make a great present, or contact us and we’ll help.
Do You Offer Group Discounts on Day Trips?
Yes. Contact us to talk about group bookings and prices.
Do You Stop on the Way?
We don’t usually stop on the way, so you get more time at the destination. On very long journeys, where the driver must legally take a break, there’s a scheduled 20-minute stop.
Can I Bring Food and Drink?
You’re welcome to bring cold snacks and drinks. Please don’t bring hot food or alcohol, and take your rubbish with you.
Can I Bring Luggage or a Pram?
Small bags and day-trip essentials are fine. Folding prams and buggies are usually fine too, but space is limited, so let us know in advance. Check with us first for anything bulky or heavy.
